We met with youth artists to do lightning sketches at Vancouver's False Creek waterfront. Stanley instructed the artists on fast figure drawing techniques and Susan provided exercises in setting up a perspective in vivo. We drew 1 minute and 2 minute gestures of pedestrian life along the Creek. Fast eye-level perspectives of urban life and landscapes are an essential skill for a co-design artist-facilitator.
